"Yoisho" (よいしょ) is a common interjection in Japan used to express effort or self-encouragement when doing something physically taxing. It is pronounced as “heave-ho."
The sounds used in this resource pack is from an older TikTok meme featuring a Japanese man and woman making mochi using a kine (a traditional wooden mallet). While making mochi, they loudly shout to each other, “Yoisho!” and “Hai, hai, hai!”
This resource pack replaces the Mace sound effects with audio from that meme.
I originally thought of this idea while practicing my macing and randomly saying “yoisho.” The thought of hearing it every time I swung the mace seemed hilarious and obnoxious, so I turned it into a resource pack. And that’s how this ended up existing.
yes im that petty i wrote all of this after it got flagged
